
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for experienced, qualified and passionate individuals to join our fast growing team as a CRM Specialist and to own the retention processes from a to z.
■ Prepare and analyze extensive databases
■ Create customer profiling and segmentation to drive business decision making
■ Understand and monitor the life cycle of customers
■ Analyze KPIs to better understand trends in consumer behaviors
■ Predict future customer trends based on customer behavioral analysis
■ Create promotions and loyalty programs based on historical data
■ Execute retention procedures from start to end
■ Prepare post campaign analysis
■ Create daily/weekly/monthly and yearly reports
■ Graduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, or another relevant field
■ Proven working experience in customer and data analytics in a B2C environment
■ Fluency in Armenian and English is mandatory
■ Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel and SQL is a must
■ Experience in the iGaming industry is a huge plus
■ Knowledge of statistics and experience using Business Intelligence solutions
■ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
■ Ability to adapt to change as well as having logical approach to solve problems
■ Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality with the ability to prioritize tasks
■ High sense of responsibility
■ Passion, drive and motivation to learn new things
