DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Personal VIP manager to join our team. In this role, you will offer dedicated services to high stake players to ensure that their needs are fully met, as well as monitor trends and market data and profile VIP customers.
■ Acting as the personal VIP Account Manager by building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP customers via various forms of contact (Telegram, email, and sometimes calls)
■ Providing VIP customers with industry-leading customer service and gaming experience.
■ Monitoring VIP customer behaviors, interests, and ensuring that customer expectations are met.
■ Assisting in the creation and execution of VIP Events.
■ Working with the VIP Team, Support Team, and land-based casino Marketing Team to keep them informed about upcoming promotions and get their feedback on the response to customer communication and user journeys. Reporting to Group management on the outcome of feedback and making suggestions for future promotion or customer journey improvements.
■ Analyzing VIP and promotional KPIs and profitability, as well as providing reports and comments to the relevant departments.
■ Other duties as necessary and/or assigned.

■ Understanding of current direction of online casino/sportsbook VIP Programs.
■ Ability to make best practice recommendations on our VIP program relative to others.
■ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
■ Previous experience with high valued customers
■ Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
■ Experience with computers, browsers, and mobile devices
■ Self-motivated, dedicated, and very reliable
■ Gaming industry experience is a must
